Today, we had the holiday gift extravaganza at library class. The children listened to a wonderful story, 'You Are Special' by Max Lucado. It had a nice message about how we are all created to be unique and should not care what others think. The children listened intently and enjoyed it.
After the story, Mrs. Jane had gift crafts for the children. Each child was able to make a gingerbread necklace, scratch ornament, bookmarks, and gift tags. They worked diligently putting the necklaces together. Little Man worked just as hard on his scratch ornament.
