Ham, Onion, Cheese Eggs
Ingredients:
2 eggs per person
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1/8 c of shredded cheddar cheese per two eggs
1/2 c of chopped onion
2 slices of ham diced
2 tbs of butter
Melt butter, add chopped onion, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. |
Chop ham while the onions are sauteing. |
Add ham to onions and allow to cook. |
Crack eggs and add to the ham and onion mix. |
Stir the mixture often so it won't stick. |
As eggs begin to firm, add the cheese. |
Continue to stir the mixture until eggs are firm and not glossy. |
Ready to serve and eat! |
